This refund and cancellation policy explains how we issue refund, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit and buy or use a service at our website www.syrphyy.com and our mobile application Syrphyy, Syrphyy Expert including any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related or connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). Please read this refund and cancellation policy carefully.  If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, please do not access the site.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be made in writing, sent to syrphyy@syrphyy.com, and received by Syrphy Business Management Consultancy Private Limited at least 7 business days prior to the scheduled start date of the service.

 

If a client cancels a service before the start date, a full refund will be issued to the client, minus any administrative fees that may have been incurred by Syrphy Business Management Consultancy Private Limited in preparing for the service.

 

If a client cancels a service after the start date, a partial refund may be issued to the client, depending on the circumstances and at the discretion of Syrphy Business Management Consultancy Private Limited.

 

If a service is not provided as described, or is not satisfactory to the client, the client may be eligible for a full or partial refund, at the discretion of Syrphy Business Management Consultancy Private Limited.

 

Refund Policy:

Refund requests must be made in writing, sent to syrphyy@syrphyy.com, and received by Syrphy Business Management Consultancy Private Limited within 7 business days of the completion of the service.

 

Refunds will be processed and deposited the refund amount to the customer's bank account within 7 business days of receiving the refund request.

 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used by the client.

 

If a service is not provided as described, or is not satisfactory to the client, the client may be eligible for a full or partial refund, at the discretion of Syrphy Business Management Consultancy Private Limited.

 

Refunds will not be issued for services that have already been completed, unless the service was not provided as described or was not satisfactory to the client.

Any action, suit, or other legal proceeding, which is commenced to resolve any matter arising under or relating to this Platform and the above said contest and any other contest conducted and or promoted by Syrphyy, and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, India
